This easy to use water based natural alternative to conventional chemical wood stain by Auro is a fantastic solution.

Use this natural wood stain like any other wood stain, knowing that it still offers great UV protection, great stain protection and all those good things, but without the environmental damage and decreased air quality in your home.

This paint contains zero microbeads. Oh and for extra bonus points this paint is Vegan, breathable and environmentally friendly.

Natural Wood Stain Colours

Auro have just updated the entire colour range of around 65 colours. Build the intensity with multiple coats.

Real life vs digital colours: Please bear in mind that your monitor or phone will display colours differently to reality, so please do order a tester pot first!

Application

• We advise at least 2 coats.
• No primer needed
• Water thin 5% if you would like it to apply easier / go further.

Other Information

Auro 560 is the modern version of the older Auro 160 wood stain. The main differences are that the 560 is a newer recipe, which now means that all colours, including colourless are UV protective.

Auro 560 The only downside is that Auro 560 contains (by EU law) trace MI (preservative).

So technically, although ‘trace’, Auro 560 is not MI free.

* The only time a primer (Auro 510 Primer) is required is on boron salt-treated and boiler pressure impregnated woods prevent efflorescence.
